Rain Through Tuesday

Multiple atmospheric river storms impact the region through Tuesday (WeatherBell.com).

We have a significant set of storms moving into the region this weekend and lasting through Tuesday. Northern California will see heavy rains, with up to 5 inches along the North San Francisco Bay coast and up to 7 inches in higher elevations. Central California, particularly south of the Bay Area, can expect 4-6 inches of rain. Southern California, including Los Angeles, is forecast to receive 1-2 inches, with up to 3 inches in coastal ranges. This storm set will only be a qualifying event (one to be sampled under the permit) if your facility is open on Saturday. All facilities should cover materials, sweep, make sure inlet BMPs are in place and prepare for some wet weather this weekend and early next week.
